Conveyor Rear Axle Assembly Removal -- Continued.
WARNING
The conveyor rear axle assembly weighs 100 pounds (lb) (45 kilograms (kg)). Use a suitable
lifting device. Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
4. Remove three bolts (Figure 1, Item 6), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), flat washers (Figure 1, Item 4), rear
axle assembly (Figure 1, Item 3), sprocket (Figure 1, Item 13), and conveyer mounting plate (Figure 1, Item
14) from BMPM frame (Figure 1, Item 8) and mounting point (Figure 1, Item 2) with assistance. Discard lock
washers.

Conveyor Rear Axle Assembly Installation

1. Position conveyer mounting plate (Figure 1, Item 14), sprocket (Figure 1, Item 13), and rear axle assembly
(Figure 1, Item 3) onto BMPM frame (Figure 1, Item 8) and mounting point (Figure 1, Item 2).
2. Install three bolts (Figure 1, Item 6), new lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), and flat washers (Figure 1, Item 4)
onto rear axle assembly (Figure 1, Item 3) with assistance.
3. Install four bolts (Figure 1, Item 10) and new lock washers (Figure 1, Item 9) onto conveyor mounting plate
(Figure 1, Item 14).
4. Install bolt (Figure 1, Item 12) and new lock washer (Figure 1, Item 11) onto sprocket (Figure 1, Item 13).
5. Install two grease lines (Figure 1, Item 1) onto grease fittings (Figure 1, Item 7) by pressing in fitting end and
inserting grease line.
