Conveyor Floor Assembly Removal -- Continued.
4. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 1), lock washer (Figure 2, Item 2), flat washer (Figure 2, Item 3), and flat washer
(Figure 2, Item 4) from conveyor floor assembly. Discard lock washer.
5. Install D-rings into screed cover mounting holes (Figure 2, Item 5).
WARNING
The conveyor floor assembly weighs 606 pounds (lb) (275 kilograms (kg)). Use a suitable lifting
device. Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
6. Remove conveyor floor assembly from Bituminous Material Paving Machine (BMPM) with assistance.

Conveyor Floor Assembly Installation
1. Install D-rings into screed cover mounting holes (Figure 2, Item 5).
WARNING
The conveyor floor assembly weighs 606 lb (275 kg). Use a suitable lifting device. Failure to
comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
2. Install conveyor floor assembly onto BMPM with assistance.
3. Install bolt (Figure 2, Item 1), new lock washer (Figure 2, Item 2), flat washer (Figure 2, Item 3), and flat
washer (Figure 2, Item 4) onto conveyor floor assembly.
