Remove chain assembly (22) and hex head
screw caps (19).
i.
Coat gear teeth of adapter gear sleeve (13) with
anti-seize compound.
j.
Install adapter gear sleeves (13) into pump drive
gearbox (11).
k.
Install pump drive gearbox support brackets
(18), flat washers (17), and self-locking hex nuts
(16). Do not tighten self-locking hex nuts.
Thread locking compound can cause
eye
damage.
Wear
safety
goggles/glasses when using. Avoid
contact with eyes. If compound contacts
eyes, flush eyes with water and get
immediate medical attention.
l.
Install lockwashers (15) onto hex head cap
screws (14). Apply thread locking compound
to threads of hex head cap screws.
m.
Install
hex
head
cap
screws
(14)
and
lockwashers (15). Tighten to 180 lb-ft (244
N•m).
n. Tighten self-locking hex nuts (16).
