1. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 6), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 7), and top idler slide tap bar (Figure 1,
Item 5) from BMPM. Discard lock washers.
WARNING
The front idler assembly weighs 208 pounds (lb) (94 kilograms (kg)). Use a suitable lifting device.
Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
2. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 3), bottom idler slide tap bar (Figure 1,
Item 2), and front idler assembly (Figure 1, Item 1) from BMPM with assistance. Discard lock washers.
