Torque Hub Installation -- Continued.
NOTE
Some hydraulic oil will leak out of hoses and fittings when disconnecting components. Have a
drain pan and rags in place to capture hydraulic oil.
5. Connect hydraulic hose (Figure 5, Item 8), slide retaining clamps (Figure 5, Item 5), and install two bolts
(Figure 5, Item 7) and new lock washers (Figure 5, Item 6) onto torque hub hydraulic motor (Figure 5, Item 1).
6. Tighten two bolts (Figure 5, Item 4) on retaining clamps (Figure 5, Item 5).
7. Connect hydraulic hose (Figure 5, Item 10), slide retaining clamps (Figure 5, Item 13), and install two bolts
(Figure 5, Item 15) and new lock washers (Figure 5, Item 14) onto torque hub hydraulic motor (Figure 5, Item
1).
8. Tighten two bolts (Figure 5, Item 12) on retaining clamps (Figure 5, Item 13).
9. Connect hydraulic hoses (Figure 5, Items 9 and 11) to torque hub hydraulic motor (Figure 5, Item 1).
10. Connect hydraulic hose (Figure 5, Item 2) onto torque hub hydraulic fittings (Figure 5, Item 3).
12. Fill torque hub (perform steps 1 5 of Fill Torque Hub Oil task).

FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Remove lifting device.
2. Verify proper operation.
3. Dispose of gear oil and wiping rags In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
