Forward Roller Bogie Assembly Removal -- Continued.
WARNING
Each track roller weighs 61 lb (27 kg). Two personnel or a suitable lifting device is necessary to
lift component. Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
2. Remove eight bolts (Figure 1, Item 5), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 4), and two track rollers (Figure 1, Item 6)
from bogie roller assembly with assistance. Discard lock washers.

The bogie shaft assembly weighs 78 lb (38 kg). Two personnel or a suitable lifting device is
necessary to lift component. Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
3. Remove eight bolts (Figure 1, Item 1), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 2), and bogie shaft assembly (Figure 1,
Item 3) from BMPM with assistance. Discard lock washers.
