SPADE CONNECTOR REPAIR
Figure 5. Spade Connector.
1. Cut and remove terminal (Figure 5, Item 4) from wire (Figure 5, Item 2).
2. Remove insulation (Figure 5, Item 3) equal to connector end (Figure 5, Item 1) from end of wire (Figure 5,
Item 2).
3. Install terminal (Figure 5, Item 4) onto wire (Figure 5, Item 2), and crimp terminal.
