Radiator Cooler Hydraulic Hose Removal -- Continued.
1. Remove upper hydraulic oil hose (Figure 2, Item 3) and hydraulic fitting (Figure 2, Item 2) from hydraulic
cooler outlet port (Figure 2, Item 1), and cap/plug upper hydraulic oil hose and hydraulic cooler outlet port.
2. Remove upper hydraulic oil hose (Figure 2, Item 3) and hydraulic fitting (Figure 2, Item 8) from hydraulic filter
(Figure 2, Item 7), and cap/plug upper hydraulic oil hose and hydraulic filter.
3. Remove lower hydraulic oil hose (Figure 2, Item 6) and hydraulic fitting (Figure 2, Item 9) from hydraulic
cooler intake port (Figure 2, Item 10). Allow hydraulic oil to drain from hydraulic oil cooler, and cap/plug lower
hydraulic oil hose and hydraulic cooler intake port.
4. Remove lower hydraulic oil hose (Figure 2, Item 6) and hydraulic fitting (Figure 2, Item 5) from vibrator
manifold port (Figure 2, Item 4), and cap/plug upper hydraulic oil hose and vibrator manifold port.
