Coolant Reservoir Removal -- Continued.
1. Open access point (Figure 1, Item 10) on operator platform.
2. Place drain pan and wiping rag near coolant reservoir (Figure 1, Item 9).
3. Remove radiator cap (Figure 1, Item 1) from coolant reservoir (Figure 1, Item 9).
4. Remove coolant overflow hose (Figure 1, Item 8) from bottom of coolant reservoir (Figure 1, Item 9), and
drain into drain pan.
5. Remove coolant overflow hose (Figure 1, Item 5) from coolant reservoir cap (Figure 1, Item 4).
6. Clear any obstruction from coolant overflow hoses (Figure 1, Items 5 and 8).
7. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), eight flat washers (Figure 1, Item 3), four nuts (Figure 1, Item 7), and
coolant reservoir (Figure 1, Item 9) from panel (Figure 1, Item 6) behind fuel tank.

Coolant Reservoir Installation
1. Install coolant reservoir (Figure 1, Item 9), four bolts (Figure 1, Item 2), eight flat washers (Figure 1, Item 3),
and four nuts (Figure 1, Item 7) to panel (Figure 1, Item 6).
2. Install coolant overflow hose (Figure 1, Item 8) onto bottom of coolant reservoir (Figure 1, Item 9).
3. Install coolant overflow hose (Figure 1, Item 5) onto coolant reservoir cap (Figure 1, Item 4).
4. Install radiator cap (Figure 1, Item 1) onto coolant reservoir (Figure 1, Item 9).

2. Set BATTERY DISCONNECT switch ON (TM 5-3895-385-10).
3. Verify proper operation.
4. Dispose of captured fluids and soiled rags in accordance with local standard operating procedure.
