Radiator Cooler Coolant Hoses Installation ― Continued.
1. Install lower coolant hose (Figure 8, Item 12) onto lower coolant outlet port (Figure 8, Item 10), and secure
with hose clamp (Figure 8, Item 11).
2. Install upper coolant hose (Figure 8, Item 1) onto coolant intake port (Figure 8, Item 3), and secure with hose
clamp (Figure 8, Item 2).
3. Install coolant overflow hose (Figure 8, Item 7) onto radiator fill fitting (Figure 8, Item 5).
4. Install wiring harness connector (Figure 8, Item 9) onto coolant level sensor (Figure 8, Item 8).
5. Install radiator cooler fill cap (Figure 8, Item 4) onto radiator cooler (Figure 8, Item 6) fill port.
END OF TASK
FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Remove lifting device.
2. Add coolant as needed (WP 0367).
3. Add hydraulic oil as needed (WP 0280).
4. Install engine hood assembly (WP 0433).
5. Verify proper operation and check for fluid leaks.
6. Dispose of captured fluids and wiping rags In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP).
