Radiator Cooler Coolant Hose Removal -- Continued.
1. Remove two hose clamps (Figure 1, Items 2 and 10) and upper coolant hose (Figure 1, Item 1) from upper
coolant intake port (Figure 1, Item 3) and engine outlet port (Figure 1, Item 9). Drain excess coolant into drain
pan.
2. Remove two hose clamps (Figure 1, Items 5 and 7) and lower coolant hose (Figure 1, Item 6) from lower
coolant outlet port (Figure 1, Item 4) and engine intake port (Figure 1, Item 8). Drain excess coolant into drain
pan.

Radiator Cooler Coolant Hose Installation.
1. Install two hose clamps (Figure 1, Items 5 and 7) and lower coolant hose (Figure 1, Item 6) onto lower coolant
outlet port (Figure 1, Item 4) and engine intake port (Figure 1, Item 8).
2. Install two hose clamps (Figure 1, Items 2 and 10) and upper coolant hose (Figure 1, Item 1) onto upper
coolant intake port (Figure 1, Item 3) and engine outlet port (Figure 1, Item 9).
