Radiator Cooler Airflow Hoses Removal -- Continued.
1. Remove hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 1), tube (Figure 3, Item 2), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 3), tube (Figure 3,
Item 4), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 5), elbow (Figure 3, Item 6), and hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 7) from upper
air port on radiator cooler (Figure 3, Item 22) and turbo charger (Figure 3, Item 8).
2. Remove hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 20), elbow (Figure 3, Item 19), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 18), tube
(Figure 3, Item 17), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 16), tube (Figure 3, Item 15), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 14),
aluminum pipe (Figure 3, Item 13), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 12), tube (Figure 3, Item 11), and hose clamp
(Figure 3, Item 10) from lower air port on radiator cooler (Figure 3, Item 21) and engine fitting (Figure 3, Item
9).

Radiator Cooler Airflow Hoses Installation
NOTE
Remove caps and plugs from hoses and connection points before connecting. Have a drain pan
and rags in place to capture fluids.
1. Install hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 20), elbow (Figure 3, Item 19), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 18), tube (Figure
3, Item 17), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 16), tube (Figure 3, Item 15), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 14),
aluminum pipe (Figure 3, Item 13), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 12), tube (Figure 3, Item 11), and hose clamp
(Figure 3, Item 10) onto lower air port on radiator cooler (Figure 3, Item 21) and engine fitting (Figure 3, Item
9).
2. Install hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 1), tube (Figure 3, Item 2), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 3), tube (Figure 3,
Item 4), hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 5), elbow (Figure 3, Item 6), and hose clamp (Figure 3, Item 7) onto upper
air port on radiator cooler (Figure 3, Item 22) and turbo charger (Figure 3, Item 8).
END OF TASK
FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Add coolant as needed (WP 0367).
2. Add hydraulic oil as needed (WP 0280).
3. Install engine hood assembly (WP 0433).
4. Verify proper operation and check for fluid leaks.
5. Dispose of captured fluids and wiping rags In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP).
