3. Remove two injector clamp bolts (Figure 3, Item 1) from injector fastening clamp (Figure 3, Item 2).
4. Remove injector fastening clamp (Figure 3, Item 2) from fuel injector (Figure 3, Item 3).
NOTE
If necessary, a small pry bar can be used to remove fuel injector by prying under the injector
flange (part of the injector body just above rocker arm housing).
5. Remove fuel injector (Figure 3, Item 3) with O-ring (Figure 3, Item 4) and injector seal (Figure 3, Item 5) from
cylinder head. Discard injector seal and O-ring (Figure 3, Item 4).
