FUEL PUMP ACTUATOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Fuel Pump Actuator Removal

1. Tag and disconnect wiring harness W25 C9 (Figure 1, Item 7).
NOTE
Capture all spilled fuel In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
2. Place wiping rag under fuel pump actuator (Figure 1, Item 5) to capture spilled fuel.
3. Disconnect fuel filter inlet line (Figure 1, Item 2) from fuel pump (Figure 1, Item 1).
4. Remove three mounting screws (Figure 1, Item 6) and fuel pump actuator (Figure 1, Item 5) from fuel pump
(Figure 1, Item 1).
5. Remove two O-rings (Figure 1, Items 3 and 4) from fuel pump actuator (Figure 1, Item 5). Discard O-rings.
