Screed Extension Vertical Adjustment Screw Installation
1. Install post (Figure 1, Item 13) and screed extension vertical adjustment screw (Figure 1, Item 7) into screed
extension (Figure 1, Item 4).
2. Install bolt (Figure 1, Item 11), flat washer (Figure 1, Item 9), and new locking nut (Figure 1, Item 8) into
extension slide pivot (Figure 1, Item 10) and screed extension vertical adjustment screw (Figure 1, Item 7).
3. Install bolt (Figure 1, Item 6), nut (Figure 1, Item 3), and new locking nut (Figure 1, Item 2) into screed
extension mounting hole and screed extension vertical adjustment screw housing (Figure 1, Item 4).
4. Install bolt (Figure 1, Item 1) and new locking nut (Figure 1, Item 12) into screed extension mounting hole and
screed extension vertical adjustment screw housing (Figure 1, Item 4).
5. Install nut (Figure 1, Item 14) onto post (Figure 1, Item 13) until it touches screed extension, then turn
clockwise one more full turn.
6. Install nut (Figure 1, Item 15) onto post (Figure 1, Item 13).

1. Install screed extension slide plate assembly (WP 0247).
2. Install screed extension vibrator hydraulic hose clamp (WP 0239).
