REMOVE TOW POINT MOUNT PLATE.
Hydraulic
oil
can
be
moderately
flammable and can be an irritant to
the
skin,
eyes,
and
respiratory
system. Avoid prolonged exposure.
Eye protection and rubber gloves
must be worn when working with
hydraulic oil.
Thoroughly clean hoses and fittings
before disconnecting. Always plug or
cap off fittings to prevent intrusion of
contaminates. Failure to properly
clean and cap off connectors may
result in system contamination or
equipment damage.
NOTE
The tow point mount plate only needs
to be removed when removing the
tow point control valves.
a.
Wipe all dirt and dust from fittings with cleaning
cloths.
b.
Place machinery wiping towels below tow point
flow control valve (45) and around both tow
point control valves (46 and 47).
c.
Tag and disconnect tubes (48 and 49) from
tow point flow control valve (45), swivel tee
(50), and straight adapter (51). Plug tubes and
cap swivel tee and straight adapter.
