If sealant contacts eyes,flush eyes with water and getimmediate medical attention.a.Apply pipe sealant to threads of fuel pressuretransmitter (50). Install and tighten fuel pressuretransmitter in mating tee.b.Apply pipe sealant to male pipe threads of fuelhose (52) and elbow (54).c.Install fuel filter differential pressure switch (51)in bench vise. Install male end of fuel hose (52)and elbow (54) into pressure switch. Elbow isinstalled in end with wire leads.d.Install fuel filter differential pressure switch (51)on mating bracket with tie wraps.Hydraulic fitting sealant can causeeye damage or skin irritation. Washafter skin contact. Wear safetygoggles/glasses when using. Avoidcontact with eyes or skin. If sealantcontacts eyes, flush eyes with waterand get immediate medical attention.e.Apply hydraulic fitting sealant to exposed threadsof swivel tee at fuel filter and threads of elbow(54).f.Install and tighten female end of fuel hose (52) tomating swivel tee and fuel hose (53) to elbow(54).g.Apply electrical insulating compound toconnector plug of fuel pressure transmitter andfuel filter differential pressure switch (50 and 51).h.Plug connector plugs of fuel pressure transmitterand fuel filter differential pressure switch (50 and51) into mating DCA harness connectors.i.Remove machinery wiping towels.
