Ifassembly mounting pins (11 and 12) are tight,use crown adjustment wrench (13) to loosen hexnut (14) and adjust crown adjustment assemblyforward or backward to relieve tension.Use care when removing retainingrings. Retaining rings are underspring tension and can act asprojectiles when released and couldcause severe eye injury.Do not rotate one sprocket wheel at atime when roller chain isdisconnected and sprocket wheel isstill installed. Screed misalignmentwill occur and proper screed zeroingwill not be possible.b.Remove retaining rings (15) using snap ringpliers.c.Remove hex nuts (16) and solenoid coils (17)from all four solenoid valves (18). Tag solenoidcoils for proper installation.d.Remove assembly mounting pins (11) andfront sprocket wheel assembly (9) from frontmounting brackets and roller chain (19).GO TO NEXT PAGE15-33
