Torque Hub Installation -- Continued.
WARNING
The torque hub weighs 235 pounds (lb) (107 kilograms (kg)). Use a suitable lifting device. Failure
to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
NOTE
There is always one mounting point not used to secure the torque hub to the BMPM. This is done
intentionally by the manufacturer.
2. Install track sprocket (Figure 4, Item 11), 18 bolts (Figure 4, Item 9), and new lock washers (Figure 4, Item 10)
onto torque hub (Figure 4, Item 8) with assistance.
3. Install torque hub (Figure 4, Item 8),16 bolts (Figure 4, Item 2), and new lock washers (Figure 4, Item 1) onto
mounting point (Figure 4, Item 7) with assistance.
4. Install torque hub hydraulic motor (Figure 4, Item 4), two bolts (Figure 4, Item 5), and new lock washers
(Figure 4, Item 6) onto torque hub (Figure 4, Item 8).
