Load Sense Hydraulic Pump Removal -- Continued.
WARNING
The load sense hydraulic pump weighs 53 pounds (lb) (24 kilograms (kg)). Use a suitable lifting
device. Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 7), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 8), flat washers (Figure 1, Item 9), O-ring
(Figure 1, Item 5), and load sense hydraulic pump (Figure 1, Item 6) from coupler (Figure 1, Item 4) with
assistance. Discard lock washers and O-ring.
2. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 1), coupler (Figure 1, Item 4), and O-ring (Figure 1, Item 3) from variable
auger pump (Figure 1, Item 2). Discard O-ring.
NOTE
Note orientation of fittings for reinstallation.
3. Remove fittings from load sense hydraulic pump (Figure 1, Item 6).

1. Install fittings onto load sense hydraulic pump (Figure 1, Item 6) as noted in removal.
2. Install two bolts (Figure 1, Item 1), coupler (Figure 1, Item 4), and new O-ring (Figure 1, Item 3) onto variable
auger pump (Figure 1, Item 2).
3. Install two bolts (Figure 1, Item 7), new lock washers (Figure 1, Item 8), flat washers (Figure 1, Item 9), O-ring
(Figure 1, Item 5), and load sense hydraulic pump (Figure 1, Item 6) onto coupler (Figure 1, Item 4) with
assistance.
