Propulsion Pump Removal -- Continued.
WARNING
The propulsion pump weighs 158 pounds (lb) (71.7 kilograms (kg)). Use a suitable lifting device.
Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), O-ring (Figure 1, Item 2), and propulsion
pump (Figure 1, Item 3) from double hydraulic pump (Figure 1, Item1) with assistance. Discard lock washers
and O-ring.
NOTE
Note orientation of fittings for reinstallation.
2. Remove fittings from propulsion pump (Figure 1, Item 3).

Propulsion Pump Installation
WARNING
The propulsion pump weighs 158 lb (71.7 kg). Use a suitable lifting device. Failure to comply may
cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Install fittings onto propulsion pump (Figure 1, Item 3) as noted in removal.
2. Install two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), new lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), new O-ring (Figure 1, Item 2), and
propulsion pump (Figure 1, Item 3) onto double hydraulic pump (Figure 1, Item1) with assistance.
