Variable Auger Pump Removal -- Continued.
WARNING
The variable auger pump weighs 158 pounds (lb) (71.7 kilograms (kg)). Use a suitable lifting
device. Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Remove two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), O-ring (Figure 1, Item 2), and variable
auger pump (Figure 1, Item 3) from double hydraulic pump (Figure 1, Item1) with assistance. Discard lock
washers and O-ring.
NOTE
Note orientation of fittings for reinstallation.
2. Remove fittings from variable auger pump (Figure 1, Item 3).

1. Install fittings onto variable auger pump (Figure 1, Item 3) as noted in removal.
2. Install two bolts (Figure 1, Item 4), new lock washers (Figure 1, Item 5), new O-ring (Figure 1, Item 2), and
variable auger pump (Figure 1, Item 3) onto double hydraulic pump (Figure 1, Item1) with assistance.
