Fill Hydraulic Oil Through Charge Port
1. Ensure drain valve (Figure 1, Item 7) is closed.

2. Remove cap (Figure 2, Item 1) from charge port (Figure 2, Item 2).
3. Connect hydraulic pump line to charge port (Figure 2, Item 2), and pump hydraulic oil through charge port
(Figure 2, Item 2) until hydraulic pumps are sufficiently primed and hydraulic oil is flowing into the tank
through hydraulic tank hoses.
4. Disconnect hydraulic pump line from charge port (Figure 2, Item 2), and install cap (Figure 2, Item 1) onto
charge port (Figure 2, Item 2).
5. Fill hydraulic oil tank (perform Fill Hydraulic Oil Tank task).

FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Install hydraulic cover vent (WP 0429).
2. Verify proper operation.
3. Dispose of hydraulic oil and wiping rags In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP).
