Left Pedestal Assembly Removal -- Continued.
3. Remove eight bolts (Figure 2, Item 3) and 16 lock washers (Figure 2, Item 2) from pedestal assembly.
Discard lock washers.
4. Remove pedestal assembly (Figure 2, Item 1) from pedestal assembly mounting bracket (Figure 2, Item 4).

Left Pedestal Assembly Installation
1. Install pedestal assembly (Figure 2, Item 1) onto pedestal assembly mounting bracket (Figure 2, Item 4).
2. Install eight bolts (Figure 2, Item 3) and 16 new lock washers (Figure 2, Item 2) onto pedestal assembly
(Figure 2, Item 1).
3. Connect six electrical connectors (Figure 2, Item 5).
4. Install three bolts (Figure 2, Item 6), new lock washers (Figure 2, Item 7), flat washers (Figure 2, Item 8), and
lower pedestal cover (Figure 2, Item 9) onto pedestal assembly.

FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Set BATTERY DISCONNECT switch to ON (TM 5-3895-385-10).
2. Verify proper operation.
