WIPE FASTENERS DRY WITH A CLEAN, LINT-

INSPECT.
1.
INSPECT IMPELLER SHAFT FOR CHAFING,
SCORING, AND BENT, OR DAMAGED BLADES.
a.
Visually inspect impeller shaft (9) surface A
and B for chafing and scoring.
b.
Visually inspect impeller shaft (9) surface C for
bent or damaged blades.
c.
Replace impeller shaft if chafing, scoring, or
bent blades are detected.
2.
INSPECT COMPRESSOR WHEEL FOR CHAFING
AND BENT OR DAMAGED BLADES.
a.
Visually inspect compressor wheel (11) surface
D and E for chafing and bent or damaged
blades.
b.
Replace compressor wheel (11) if chafing or
bent or damaged blades are detected.
