COMPRESSION
SPRINGS,
PREFORMED PACKING, AND GASKET INTO
VALVE HOUSING.
a.
Apply
a
light
coating
of
grease
to
compression springs (73).
b.
Install compression springs (73) in spring
holes inside bore face of valve housing
(64).
Hydraulic
oil
can
be
moderately
flammable and can be an irritant to
the
skin,
eyes,
and
respiratory
system. Avoid prolonged exposure.
Eye protection and rubber gloves
must be worn when working with
hydraulic oil.
c.
Apply clean hydraulic oil to preformed
packing (65) and gasket (66).
d.
Install preformed packing (65) in case drain
groove of valve housing (64).
e.
Install gasket (66) in seal groove of valve
housing (64).
