TM 5-3895-373-20 B. INSTALL - Continued. WARNING Hydraulic oil can be moderately flammable and can be an irritant to the skin, eyes, and respiratory system. Avoid prolonged exposure. Eye protection and rubber gloves must be worn when working with hydraulic oil. 5. FILL FILTER BOWL (2) HALF FULL WITH CLEAN HYDRAULIC OIL. RAISE FILTER BOWL OVER FILTER ELEMENT (3) ALLOWING THE HYDRAULIC OIL TO SOAK INTO THE FILTER ELEMENT. 6. INSTALL FILTER BOWL (2) INTO FILTER HEAD (4). 7. TIGHTEN FILTER BOWL TO 10 LB-FT (14 N.m).
