Beacon Light Lower Mount Removal -- Continued.
1. Remove beacon light from lower beacon light mount (perform Beacon Light Removal task).
2. Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 2), lock washers (Figure 2, Item 3), flat washers (Figure 2, Item 4), and
lower beacon light mount (Figure 2, Item 1) from engine hood assembly (Figure 2, Item 5). Discard lock
washers.

Beacon Light Mount Installation
1. Install lower beacon light mount (Figure 2, Item 1), four bolts (Figure 2, Item 2), new lock washers (Figure 2,
Item 3), and flat washers (Figure 2, Item 4) onto engine hood assembly (Figure 2, Item 5).
2. Install beacon light onto lower beacon light mount (perform Beacon Light Installation task).

FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Set BATTERY DISCONNECT switch to ON (TM 5-3895-385-10).
2. Verify proper operation.
