Torque Hub Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
NOTE
Some hydraulic oil will leak out of hoses and hydraulic fittings when disconnecting or
connecting components. Have a drain pan and rags in place to capture hydraulic oil.
2. Disconnect hydraulic hose (Figure 2, Item 2) from torque hub hydraulic fitting (Figure 2, Item 3), and cap/plug
hydraulic hose and hydraulic fitting.
3. Remove two bolts (Figure 2, Item 7) and lock washers (Figure 2, Item 6) from retaining clamps (Figure 2, Item
5). Discard lock washers.

4. Loosen two bolts (Figure 2, Item 4), slide retaining clamps (Figure 2, Item 5), and disconnect hydraulic hose
(Figure 2, Item 8) from torque hub hydraulic motor (Figure 2, Item 1), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and
hydraulic fittings.
5. Remove two bolts (Figure 2, Item 15) and lock washers (Figure 2, Item 14) from retaining clamps (Figure 2,
Item 13). Discard lock washers.
6. Loosen two bolts (Figure 2, Item 12), slide retaining clamps (Figure 2, Item 13), and disconnect hydraulic
hose (Figure 2, Item 10) from torque hub hydraulic motor (Figure 2, Item 1), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and
hydraulic fittings.
7. Disconnect hydraulic hoses (Figure 2, Items 9 and 11) from torque hub hydraulic motor (Figure 2, Item 1), and
cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
