Fuel Supply Line Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label all fuel lines prior to removal. Fuel lines must be installed correctly for proper
operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Remove spin-on fuel filter head (WP 0339).
2. Remove fuel supply line (Figure 2, Item 3) from fuel rail fitting (Figure 2, Item 1).
3. Remove stud (Figure 2, Item 4) and cap screw (Figure 2, Item 6) from loop clamps (Figure 2, Items 5 and 7).
4. Remove fuel supply line (Figure 2, Item 3) from fuel pump fitting (Figure 2, Item 8).
5. Cap/plug fuel supply line (Figure 2, Item 3), fuel rail fitting (Figure 2, Item 1), and fuel pump fitting (Figure 2,
Item 8).

Fuel Supply Line Installation
1. Remove caps/plugs from fuel supply line (Figure 2, Item 3), fuel rail fitting (Figure 2, Item 1), and fuel pump
fitting (Figure 2, Item 8).
2. Install fuel supply line (Figure 2, Item 3) to fuel rail fitting (Figure 2, Item 1).
3. Install fuel supply line (Figure 2, Item 3) to fuel pump fitting (Figure 2, Item 8).
4. Install loop clamps (Figure 2, Items 5 and 7) using cap screw (Figure 2, Item 6) and stud (Figure 2, Item 4)
onto engine.
5. Install spin-on fuel filter head (WP 0339).
