Left Hopper Wing Forward Hydraulic Hoses Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Disconnect hydraulic hose 4A (Figure 8, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 3A (Figure 8, Item 2) from hydraulic
cylinder (Figure 8, Item 9), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
2. Disconnect hydraulic hose 4A (Figure 8, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 3A (Figure 8, Item 2) from tee fittings
(Figure 8, Items 3 and 4), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
3. Remove nine bolts (Figure 8, Item 6), three brackets (Figure 8, Item 7), 12 spacers (Figure 8, Item 8),
hydraulic hose 4A (Figure 8, Item 1), and hydraulic hose 3A (Figure 8, Item 2) from BMPM (Figure 8, Item 5).

Left Hopper Wing Forward Hydraulic Hoses Inspection
1. Inspect hydraulic hoses (Figure 8, Items 1 and 2) and fittings for cracks, holes, wear, or deformities. Replace
hydraulic hoses if damaged.
2. Inspect hydraulic fittings on hydraulic cylinder, tee fittings, and hoses for cracks, stripped threading, wear, or
deformities. Replace component if damaged.

Left Hopper Wing Forward Hydraulic Hoses Installation
1. Install nine bolts (Figure 8, Item 6), three brackets (Figure 8, Item 7), 12 spacers (Figure 8, Item 8), and two
hydraulic hoses (Figure 8, Items 1 and 2) onto BMPM (Figure 8, Item 5).
2. Remove caps/plugs from hydraulic hoses (Figure 8, Items 1 and 2) and hydraulic fittings.
3. Connect hydraulic hose 4A (Figure 8, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 3A (Figure 8, Item 2) onto tee fittings (Figure
8, Items 3 and 4).
4. Connect hydraulic hose 4A (Figure 8, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 3A (Figure 8, Item 2) onto hydraulic cylinder
(Figure 8, Item 9).
