Hopper Wing Main Hydraulic Manifold Hoses Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Disconnect hydraulic hose 49B (Figure 6, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 49A (Figure 6, Item 3) from 2-speed
hydraulic manifold (Figure 6, Item 8), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
2. Disconnect hydraulic hose 49B (Figure 6, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 49A (Figure 6, Item 3) from main
hydraulic manifold (Figure 6, Item 1), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
END OF TASK
Hopper Wing Main Hydraulic Manifold Hoses Inspection
1. Inspect hydraulic hoses (Figure 6, Items 2 and 3) and fittings for cracks, holes, wear, or deformities. Replace
hydraulic hoses if damaged.
2. Inspect hydraulic fittings on manifolds, and hoses for cracks, stripped threading, wear, or deformities. Replace
component if damaged.
END OF TASK
Hopper Wing Main Hydraulic Manifold Hoses Installation
1. Remove caps/plugs from all hydraulic hoses (Figure 6, Items 2 and 3) and hydraulic fittings.
2. Connect hydraulic hose 49B (Figure 6, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 49A (Figure 6, Item 3) onto 2-speed
hydraulic manifold (Figure 6, Item 8).
3. Connect hydraulic hose 49B (Figure 6, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 49A (Figure 6, Item 3) onto main hydraulic
manifold (Figure 6, Item 1).
END OF TASK
Left Hopper Wing Hydraulic Manifold Hoses Removal
1. Disconnect hydraulic hose 9B (Figure 6, Item 4) and hydraulic hose 9A (Figure 6, Item 5) from 2-speed
hydraulic manifold (Figure 6, Item 8), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fitting.
