Left Hopper Wing Rear Hydraulic Hoses Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Disconnect hydraulic hose 5A (Figure 9, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 6A (Figure 9, Item 2) from hydraulic
cylinder (Figure 9, Item 5), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
2. Disconnect hydraulic hose 5A (Figure 9, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 6A (Figure 9, Item 2) from tee fittings
(Figure 9, Items 3 and 4), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
3. Remove three bolts (Figure 9, Item 9), bracket (Figure 9, Item 8), four spacers (Figure 9, Item 7), hydraulic
hose 5A (Figure 9, Item 1), and hydraulic hose 6A (Figure 9, Item 2) from BMPM (Figure 9, Item 6).

Left Hopper Wing Rear Hydraulic Hoses Inspection
1. Inspect hydraulic hoses (Figure 9, Items 1 and 2) and fittings for cracks, holes, wear, or deformities. Replace
hydraulic hoses if damaged.
2. Inspect hydraulic fittings on hydraulic cylinder, tee fittings, and hoses for cracks, stripped threading, wear, or
deformities. Replace component if damaged.

Left Hopper Wing Rear Hydraulic Hoses Installation
1. Install three bolts (Figure 9, Item 9), bracket (Figure 9, Item 8), four spacers (Figure 9, Item 7), and two
hydraulic hoses (Figure 9, Items 1 and 2) onto BMPM (Figure 9, Item 6).
2. Remove caps/plugs from hydraulic hoses (Figure 9, Items 1 and 2) and hydraulic fittings.
3. Connect hydraulic hose 5A (Figure 9, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 6A (Figure 9, Item 2) onto hydraulic cylinder
(Figure 9, Item 5).
4. Connect hydraulic hose 5A (Figure 9, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 6A (Figure 9, Item 2) onto tee fittings (Figure
9, Items 3 and 4).

2. Verify proper operation.
3. Dispose of hydraulic oil and wiping rags In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP).
