Screed Extension Hydraulic Vibrator Installation
1. Install two bolts (Figure 1, Item 1), new lock washers (Figure 1, Item 8), new locking nuts (Figure 1, Item 7),
and hydraulic vibrator (Figure 1, Item 5) onto hydraulic vibrator bracket (Figure 1, Item 6).
2. Install two hydraulic fittings (Figure 1, Item 3) and new O-rings (Figure 1, Item 2) from hydraulic vibrator
(Figure 1, Item 5).
3. Remove caps/plugs from hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Item 4), and connect hydraulic hoses to hydraulic vibrator
(Figure 1, Item 5).

FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Set BATTERY DISCONNECT switch to ON (TM 5-3895-385-10).
2. Verify proper operation, and check for fluid leaks.
3. Dispose of hydraulic oil and wiping rags In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP).
