assembly.
8. Dispose of captured fluid In

Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP).
9. Install fuse box (WP 0277, Vol
2).
10.Connect battery cables (WP
0357, Vol 2).
11.Set BATTERY DISCONNECT
switch to ON (TM 5-3895-385-
10).
12.Start engine (TM 5-3895-385-
10) and idle for 1 minute.
13.Check active engine faults
1. If fault code SPN#97, FMI#15 is
screen for fault code SPN#97,
displayed, turn keyless engine
FMI#15.
switch to OFF position (TM 5-
3895-385-10). Restore
equipment to original condition,
and restart troubleshooting at
malfunction 1.
2. If fault code SPN#97, FMI#15 is
not displayed, turn keyless
engine switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3895-385-10). No fault
present; restore equipment to
original condition.
3. If water in fuel persists, siphon
and replace fuel in fuel tank.
4. If fault code persists without
water in fuel, replace fuel filter
(WP 0336, Vol 2).
