DISCONNECT HYDRAULIC HOSES FROM LEFT
PROPULSION PUMP.
a.
Place machinery wiping towels underneath left
propulsion pump (148).
Hydraulic
oil
can
be
moderately
flammable and can be an irritant to
the
skin,
eyes,
and
respiratory
system. Avoid prolonged exposure.
Eye protection and rubber gloves
must be worn when working with
hydraulic oil.
b.
Tag suction hose (149). Disconnect suction
hose connected to left propulsion pump (148)
elbow (150), and hydraulic reservoir port #7.
Cap elbows and plug suction hose ends.
c.
Using combination wrench (Item 115, Appendix
D), tag and disconnect propulsion pump port A
hose (151) connected to left propulsion pump
(148) straight adapter (152). Plug hose end and
cap straight adapter.
d.
Using combination wrench (Item 115, Appendix
D), tag and disconnect propulsion pump port B
hose (153) connected to left propulsion pump
(148) straight adapter (154). Plug hose end and
cap straight adapter.
