Tighten hex nut (29)hand tight.n.Install gasket (31) and hex head capscrews (30). Tighten cap screws handtight.o.Securely tighten hex nut (29).2.INSTALL EXHAUST PIPE.a.Install gasket (27) and exhaust elbow (23)on turbosupercharger and secure withwashers (25) and bolts (24). Orient boltsto thread into connector flange (26) asnoted in step A.2.d.WARNINGAnti-seize compound can cause eyedamage. Wear safety goggles/glasseswhen using. Avoid contact with eyes.If compound contacts eyes, flusheyes with water and get immediatemedical attention.b.Coat exhaust elbow studs (53) with anti-seize compound. Install gasket (19).Attach exhaust pipe (16) to exhaust elbow(23) using washers (18) and nuts (17).Tighten nuts to 33 lb-ft (45 N.om).c.Install heatshield (22).
