Auger Hydraulic Motor Removal -- Continued.
1. Remove auger drive chain (WP 0407).
2. Remove hydraulic hose (Figure 2, Item 8) from auger hydraulic motor (Figure 2, Item 7), and cap/plug
hydraulic hose and hydraulic fitting.
WARNING
The auger hydraulic motor weighs 96 pounds (lb) (43.5 kilograms (kg)). Three personnel or a
suitable lifting device is necessary to lift component. Failure to comply may cause injury or death
to personnel.
CAUTION
Properly support the item being lifted. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
3. Remove auger motor mounting plate (Figure 2, Item 4) and auger hydraulic motor (Figure 2, Item 7) from
mounting brackets (Figure 2, Item 10).
4. Remove bolt (Figure 2, Item 1), lock washer (Figure 2, Item 2), and auger drive sprocket (Figure 2, Item 3)
from auger hydraulic motor (Figure 2, Item 7). Discard lock washer.
5. Remove four bolts (Figure 2, Item 6), lock washers (Figure 2, Item 5), and auger motor mounting plate (Figure
2, Item 4). Discard lock washers.

Auger Hydraulic Motor and Auger Drive Manifold Installation
1. Install four bolts (Figure 2, Item 6), new lock washers (Figure 2, Item 5), and auger motor mounting plate
(Figure 2, Item 4) onto auger hydraulic motor (Figure 2, Item 7).
2. Install bolt (Figure 2, Item 1), new lock washer (Figure 2, Item 2), and auger drive sprocket (Figure 2, Item 3)
onto auger hydraulic motor (Figure 2, Item 7).

3. Install auger motor mounting plate (Figure 2, Item 4) and auger hydraulic motor (Figure 2, Item 7) onto
mounting brackets (Figure 2, Item 10) with assistant.
