Flow Control Assembly Installation
1. Install coupler (Figure 6, Item 5), coupling insert (Figure 6, Item 3), and setscrew (Figure 6, Item 4) onto flow
control assembly (Figure 6, Item 6).
2. Install two bolts (Figure 6, Item 7), new lock washers (Figure 6, Item 8), and flow control assembly (Figure 6,
Item 6) onto motor mount (Figure 6, Item 2).
3. Install four bolts (Figure 6, Item 9), new lock washers (Figure 6, Item 10), and motor mount (Figure 6, Item 2)
onto hydraulic generator (Figure 6, Item 1).
4. Install two bolts (Figure 6, Item 12), nuts (Figure 6, Item 11), and coupling cover (Figure 6, Item 13) onto
motor mount (Figure 6, Item 2).
5. Install hydraulic generator (perform steps 1 10 of Hydraulic Generator Installation task).
END OF TASK
FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Remove lifting device.
2. Install engine hood assembly (WP 0433).
3. Verify proper operation.
4. Dispose of hydraulic oil and wiping rags In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP).
