Double Hydraulic Pump Drive Removal -- Continued.
WARNING
The double hydraulic pump drive weighs approximately 175 pounds (lb) (79 kilograms (kg)). Use
a suitable lifting device. Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
1. Remove 12 bolts (Figure 1, Item 3), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 2), and double hydraulic pump drive (Figure
1, Item 4) from rear gear case (Figure 1, Item 1). Discard lock washers.
2. Remove splined shaft (Figure 1, Item 5) from double hydraulic pump drive (Figure 1, Item 4).
NOTE
Have assistant use barring tool to keep flywheel from turning.
3. Remove eight bolts (Figure 1, Item 6), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 7), and double hydraulic pump drive
adapter (Figure 1, Item 8) from flywheel (Figure 1, Item 9). Discard lock washers.

Double Hydraulic Pump Drive Installation
1. Install double hydraulic pump drive adapter (Figure 1, Item 8) onto flywheel (Figure 1, Item 9) using eight bolts
(Figure 1, Item 6) along with new lock washers (Figure 1, Item 7) finger-tight.
NOTE
Have assistant use barrel tool to keep flywheel from turning.
2. Torque eight bolts (Figure 1, Item 6) alternately to 22 foot-pounds (ft-lb) (30 Nm).
3. Install splined shaft (Figure 1, Item 5) into double hydraulic pump drive (Figure 1, Item 4).

4. Install double hydraulic pump drive (Figure 1, Item 4) onto rear gear case (Figure 1, Item 1) using 12 bolts
(Figure 1, Item 3) and new lock washers (Figure 1, Item 2).
