Auger Motor Hydraulic Solenoid Coil Removal -- Continued.
1. Remove W11 J3 (Figure 1, Item 11) from auger bypass hydraulic solenoid coil (Figure 1, Item 13).
2. Remove nut (Figure 1, Item 12), auger bypass hydraulic solenoid coil (Figure 1, Item 13), and 2-way poppet
(Figure 1, Item 14) from left auger drive hydraulic manifold (Figure 1, Item 1).
NOTE
Left and right auger bypass hydraulic solenoid coils removed the same way. Left side shown.
3. Remove W11 J6 (Figure 1, Item 3) from conveyor variable speed hydraulic solenoid (Figure 1, Item 6).
4. Remove nut (Figure 1, Item 4), three O-rings (Figure 1, Items 5, 7, and 9), conveyor variable speed hydraulic
solenoid (Figure 1, Item 6), valve body (Figure 1, Item 8), and valve insert (Figure 1, Item 10) from right auger
hydraulic manifold (Figure 1, Item 2). Discard O-rings.

NOTE
Left and right conveyor variable speed hydraulic solenoids removed the same way. Right side
shown.
1. Install nut (Figure 1, Item 4), three new O-rings (Figure 1, Items 5, 7, and 9), conveyor variable speed
hydraulic solenoid coil (Figure 1, Item 6), valve body (Figure 1, Item 14), and valve insert (Figure 1, Item 10)
onto right auger hydraulic manifold (Figure 1, Item 2).
2. Install W11 J6 (Figure 1, Item 3) onto conveyor variable speed hydraulic solenoid coil (Figure 1, Item 6).

3. Install nut (Figure 1, Item 12), auger bypass hydraulic solenoid coil (Figure 1, Item 13), and 2-way poppet
(Figure 1, Item 14) onto left auger drive hydraulic manifold (Figure 1, Item 1).
4. Install W11 J3 (Figure 1, Item 11) onto auger bypass hydraulic solenoid coil (Figure 1, Item 13).

FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Set BATTERY DISCONNECT switch to ON (TM 5-3895-385-10).
2. Verify proper operation.
3. Dispose of hydraulic oil and wiping rags In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP).
