Torque Hub Hydraulic Hose Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
9. Disconnect hydraulic hose 1B (Figure 3, Item 5), hydraulic hose 1A (Figure 3, Item 6), hydraulic hose 2B
(Figure 3, Item 7), and hydraulic hose 2A (Figure 3, Item 8) from track pump (Figure 3, Item 4).
10. Disconnect hydraulic hose 14 (Figure 3, Item 9), hydraulic hose 12 (Figure 3, Item 10), hydraulic hose 13
(Figure 3, Item 12), and hydraulic hose 11 (Figure 3, Item 13) from hydraulic manifold (Figure 3, Item 11).
11. Disconnect hydraulic hose 7 (Figure 3, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 8 (Figure 3, Item 3) from hydraulic tank
(Figure 3, Item 1).
12. Cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.

Torque Hub Hydraulic Hose Inspection
1. Inspect hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8) (Figure 2, Items 1, 2, 3, 10, and 11) (Figure 3, Items
2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13) and fittings for cracks, holes, wear, or deformities. Replace hydraulic hoses
if damaged.
2. Inspect hydraulic fittings on torque hubs, torque hubs motors, bulkheads, manifolds, and hoses for cracks,
stripped threading, wear, or deformities. Replace component if damaged.

Torque Hub Hydraulic Hose Installation
1. Remove caps/plugs from hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
2. Connect hydraulic hose 7 (Figure 3, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 8 (Figure 3, Item 3) onto hydraulic tank
(Figure 3, Item 1).
3. Connect hydraulic hose 14 (Figure 3, Item 9), hydraulic hose 12 (Figure 3, Item 10), hydraulic hose 13 (Figure
3, Item 12), and hydraulic hose 11 (Figure 3, Item 13) onto hydraulic manifold (Figure 3, Item 11).
4. Connect hydraulic hose 1B (Figure 3, Item 5), hydraulic hose 1A (Figure 3, Item 6), hydraulic hose 2B (Figure
3, Item 7), and hydraulic hose 2A (Figure 3, Item 8) onto track pump (Figure 3, Item 4).
