Torque Hub Hydraulic Hose Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 1), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 2), and two retaining clamps (Figure 1,
Item 3) and disconnect hydraulic hose 1A (Figure 1, Item 7) from left torque hub motor (Figure 1, Item 17).
Discard lock washers.
2. Disconnect hydraulic hose 13 (Figure 1, Item 4), hydraulic hose 8 (Figure 1, Item 6), and hydraulic hose 11
(Figure 1, Item 8) from left torque hub motor (Figure 1, Item 17).
3. Remove four bolts (Figure 1, Item 16), lock washers (Figure 1, Item 15), and two retaining clamps (Figure 1,
Item 14) and disconnect hydraulic hose 1B (Figure 1, Item 5) from left torque hub motor (Figure 1, Item 17).
Discard lock washers.
4. Remove two lock nuts (Figure 1, Item 13), washers (Figure 1, Item 12), bracket (Figure 1, Item 11), and
spacer (Figure 1, Item 10) from Bituminous Material Paving Machine (BMPM) (Figure 1, Item 9). Discard lock
nuts.
