Cutoff Hydraulic Hoses Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Disconnect hydraulic hose 74A (Figure 1, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 75A (Figure 1, Item 7) from the hydraulic
cylinder (Figure 1, Item 1).
2. Disconnect hydraulic hose 74A (Figure 1, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 75A (Figure 1, Item 7) from the
bulkhead (Figure 1, Item 3).
3. Disconnect hydraulic hose 74B (Figure 1, Item 4) and hydraulic hose 75B (Figure 1, Item 5) from the hydraulic
cylinder (Figure 1, Item 6).
4. Disconnect hydraulic hose 74B (Figure 1, Item 4) and hydraulic hose 75B (Figure 1, Item 5) from the
bulkhead (Figure 1, Item 3).
5. Cap/plug all hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 2, 4, 5, and 7) and hydraulic fittings.

Cutoff Hydraulic Hoses Inspection
1. Inspect hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 2, 4, 5, and 7) and fittings for cracks, holes, wear, or deformities.
Replace hydraulic hoses if damaged.
2. Inspect hydraulic fittings on hydraulic cylinders, bulkheads, and hoses for cracks, stripped threading, wear, or
deformities. Replace component if damaged.

Cutoff Hydraulic Hoses Installation
1. Remove caps/plugs from all hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 2, 4, 5, and 7) and hydraulic fittings.
2. Connect hydraulic hose 74B (Figure 1, Item 4) and hydraulic hose 75B (Figure 1, Item 5) to the bulkhead
(Figure 1, Item 3).
3. Connect hydraulic hose 74B (Figure 1, Item 4) and hydraulic hose 75B (Figure 1, Item 5) to the hydraulic
cylinder (Figure 1, Item 6).
4. Connect hydraulic hose 74A (Figure 1, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 75A (Figure 1, Item 7) to the hydraulic
cylinder (Figure 1, Item 1).
5. Connect hydraulic hose 74A (Figure 1, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 75A (Figure 1, Item 7) to the bulkhead
(Figure 1, Item 3).

FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Verify proper operation.
2. Dispose of hydraulic oil and wiping rags In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedure
(SOP).
