Load Sense Hydraulic Pump Hose Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Close shutoff valve (Figure 1, Item 6).
2. Disconnect hydraulic hose 66 (Figure 1, Item 1), hydraulic hose 18 (Figure 1, Item 3), hydraulic hose 64
(Figure 1, Item 5), and hydraulic hose 59 (Figure 1, Item 8) from load sense hydraulic pump (Figure 1, Item
9).
3. Disconnect hydraulic hose 66 (Figure 1, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 18 (Figure 1, Item 3) from main hydraulic
manifold (Figure 1, Item 2).
4. Disconnect hydraulic hose 64 (Figure 1, Item 5) from hydraulic tank fitting (Figure 1, Item 4).
5. Disconnect hydraulic hose 59 (Figure 1, Item 8) from shutoff valve (Figure 1, Item 6).
6. Cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
END OF TASK
Load Sense Hydraulic Pump Hose Inspection
1. Inspect hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 1, 3, 5, and 8) and fittings for cracks, holes, wear, or deformities.
Replace hydraulic hoses if damaged.
2. Inspect hydraulic fittings on hydraulic pump, shutoff valve, manifold, hydraulic tank fitting, and hoses for
cracks, stripped threading, wear, or deformities. Replace component if damaged.
END OF TASK
Load Sense Hydraulic Pump Hose Installation
1. Remove caps/plugs from hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 1, 3, 5, and 8) and hydraulic fittings.
2. Connect hydraulic hose hydraulic hose 59 (Figure 1, Item 8) onto shutoff valve (Figure 1, Item 6).
3. Connect hydraulic hose 66 (Figure 1, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 18 (Figure 1, Item 3) onto hydraulic tank
fitting (Figure 1, Item 4).
4. Connect hydraulic hose 66 (Figure 1, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 18 (Figure 1, Item 3) onto main hydraulic
manifold (Figure 1, Item 2).
5. Connect hose 66 (Figure 1, Item 1), hydraulic hose 18 (Figure 1, Item 3), hydraulic hose 64 (Figure 1, Item 5),
and hydraulic hose 59 (Figure 1, Item 8) onto load sense hydraulic pump (Figure 1, Item 9).
6. Open shutoff valve (Figure 1, Item 6).
