Right Hopper Wing Forward Hydraulic Hoses Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Disconnect hydraulic hose 3B (Figure 2, Item 3) and hydraulic hose 4B (Figure 2, Items 4) from hydraulic
cylinder (Figure 2, Item 5), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
2. Disconnect hydraulic hose 3B (Figure 2, Item 3) and hydraulic hose 4B (Figure 2, Items 4) from tee fittings
(Figure 2, Items 1 and 2), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
3. Remove nine bolts (Figure 2, Item 8), three brackets (Figure 2, Item 7), 12 spacers (Figure 2, Item 6),
hydraulic hose 3 (Figure 2, Item 3), and hydraulic hose 4B (Figure 2, Items 4) from BMPM (Figure 2, Item 9).

Right Hopper Wing Forward Hydraulic Hoses Inspection
1. Inspect hydraulic hose 3B (Figure 2, Item 3) and hydraulic hose 4B (Figure 2, Items 4) and fittings for cracks,
holes, wear, or deformities. Replace hydraulic hoses if damaged.
2. Inspect hydraulic fittings on hydraulic cylinder, tee fittings, and hoses for cracks, stripped threading, wear, or
deformities. Replace component if damaged.

Right Hopper Wing Forward Hydraulic Hoses Installation
1. Install nine bolts (Figure 2, Item 8), three brackets (Figure 2, Item 7), 12 spacers (Figure 2, Item 6), hydraulic
hose 3 (Figure 2, Item 3), and hydraulic hose 4B (Figure 2, Items 4) onto BMPM (Figure 2, Item 9).
2. Remove caps/plugs from all hydraulic hoses (Figure 2, Items 3 and 4) and hydraulic fittings.
3. Connect hydraulic hose 3B (Figure 2, Item 3) and hydraulic hose 4B (Figure 2, Items 4) onto tee fittings
(Figure 2, Items 1 and 2).
4. Connect hydraulic hose 3B (Figure 2, Item 3) and hydraulic hose 4B (Figure 2, Items 4) onto hydraulic
cylinder (Figure 2, Item 5).
