CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
1. Disconnect hydraulic hose 6B (Figure 1, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 5B (Figure 1, Item 2) from hydraulic
cylinder (Figure 1, Item 9), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
2. Disconnect hydraulic hose 6B (Figure 1, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 5B (Figure 1, Item 2) from tee fittings
(Figure 1, Items 3 and 4), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
3. Remove three bolts (Figure 1, Item 5), bracket (Figure 1, Item 6), four spacers (Figure 1, Item 7), hydraulic
hose 6B (Figure 1, Item 1) and hydraulic hose 5B (Figure 1, Item 2) from Bituminous Material Paving Machine
(BMPM) (Figure 1, Item 8).
