Screed Vibrator Hydraulic Hose Installation -- Continued.
1. Install hydraulic hose 98A (Figure 2, Item 15) into bracket (Figure 2, Item 17).
2. Remove caps/plugs from hydraulic hoses (Figure 2, Items 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14, and 15) and hydraulic
fittings.
3. Connect hydraulic hose 98A (Figure 2, Item 15) to main bulkhead (Figure 2, Item 1) and left screed vibrator
(Figure 2, Item 16).
4. Connect hydraulic hose 113 (Figure 2, Item 14) to vibrator adjustment knob (Figure 2, Item 13) and left screed
vibrator (Figure 2, Item 16).
5. Connect hydraulic hose 112 (Figure 2, Item 11) to vibrator adjustment knob (Figure 2, Item 13) and screed
vibrator flow divider (Figure 2, Item 12).
6. Connect hydraulic hose 92 (Figure 2, Item 9) to right screed vibrator (Figure 2, Item 6) and left screed vibrator
(Figure 2, Item 16).
7. Connect hydraulic hose 93 (Figure 2, Item 8) to right screed vibrator (Figure 2, Item 6) and screed vibrator
flow divider (Figure 2, Item 12).
8. Connect hydraulic hose 104 (Figure 2, Item 7) to right screed vibrator (Figure 2, Item 6) and screed extension
charge filter manifold (Figure 2, Item 10).
9. Connect hydraulic hose 103 (Figure 2, Item 5) to right screed vibrator (Figure 2, Item 6) and screed vibrator
flow divider (Figure 2, Item 12).
10. Connect hydraulic hose 109 (Figure 2, Item 4) to right screed vibrator (Figure 2, Item 6) and left screed
vibrator (Figure 2, Item 16).
11. Install hydraulic hose 98B (Figure 2, Item 2) into bracket (Figure 2, Item 3).
12. Connect hydraulic hose 98B (Figure 2, Item 2) to main bulkhead (Figure 2, Item 1) and screed vibrator flow
divider (Figure 2, Item 12).
END OF TASK
FOLLOW-ON TASK
1. Install screed covers (WP 0249).
2. Verify proper operation.
3. Dispose of hydraulic oil and wiping rags In Accordance With (IAW) local Standard Operating Procedures
(SOP).
