Screed Vibrator Hydraulic Hose Removal -- Continued.
2. Remove hydraulic hose 98B (Figure 1, Item 2) from bracket (Figure 1, Item 3).
3. Disconnect hydraulic hose 109 (Figure 1, Item 4) from right screed vibrator (Figure 1, Item 6) and left screed
vibrator (Figure 1, Item 16).
4. Disconnect hydraulic hose 103 (Figure 1, Item 5) from right screed vibrator (Figure 1, Item 6) and screed
vibrator flow divider (Figure 1, Item 12).
5. Disconnect hydraulic hose 104 (Figure 1, Item 7) from right screed vibrator (Figure 1, Item 6) and screed
extension charge filter manifold (Figure 1, Item 10).
6. Disconnect hydraulic hose 93 (Figure 1, Item 8) from right screed vibrator (Figure 1, Item 6) and screed
vibrator flow divider (Figure 1, Item 12).
7. Disconnect hydraulic hose 92 (Figure 1, Item 9) from right screed vibrator (Figure 1, Item 6) and left screed
vibrator (Figure 1, Item 16).
8. Disconnect hydraulic hose 112 (Figure 1, Item 11) from vibrator adjustment knob (Figure 1, Item 13) and
screed vibrator flow divider (Figure 1, Item 12).
9. Disconnect hydraulic hose 113 (Figure 1, Item 14) from vibrator adjustment knob (Figure 1, Item 13) and left
screed vibrator (Figure 1, Item 16).
10. Disconnect hydraulic hose 98A (Figure 1, Item 15) from main bulkhead (Figure 1, Item 1) and left screed
vibrator (Figure 1, Item 16).
11. Cap/plug hydraulic hoses (Figure 1, Items 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14, and 15) and hydraulic fittings.
12. Remove hydraulic hose 98A (Figure 1, Item 15) from bracket (Figure 1, Item 17).

Screed Vibrator Hydraulic Hose Inspection
1. Inspect hydraulic hoses (Figure 2, Items 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14, and 15) and fittings for cracks, holes, wear, or
deformities. Replace hydraulic hoses if damaged.
2. Inspect hydraulic fittings on vibrators, flow divider, bulkheads, manifold, and hoses for cracks, stripped
threading, wear, or deformities. Replace component if damaged.
