Screed Lift Hydraulic Cylinder Hose Removal -- Continued.
CAUTION
Tag and label hydraulic hoses prior to removal. Hydraulic hoses must be installed correctly for
proper operation. Failure to comply may cause damage to equipment.
3. Disconnect hydraulic hose 78 (Figure 2, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 79 (Figure 2, Item 3) from screed lift
hydraulic cylinder (Figure 2, Item 4), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
4. Disconnect hydraulic hose 78 (Figure 2, Item 2) and hydraulic hose 79 (Figure 2, Item 3) from bulkhead
(Figure 2, Item 1), and cap/plug hydraulic hoses and hydraulic fittings.
5. Remove three bolts (Figure 2, Item 8), bracket (Figure 2, Item 9), four spacers (Figure 2, Item 10), and
hydraulic hoses (Figure 2, Items 2 and 3) from Bituminous Material Paving Machine (BMPM) (Figure 2, Item
7).
